Autentic ambiance:

We have recently renovated our townhouse. Special attention has been paid to the preservation of typical distinctive features, like high, large rooms, the decorative strips that finish the ceillings, visible wooden beams, handmade floor tiles, etc.
 

This means, we haven`t changed anything of the spacious footprint of the apartments nor touched the historic, representative stylistic elements.

We have tried to retain the original character and colours of a typical Andalusian town house.
 

Of course we have added contemporary items like bath rooms and kitchens, whilst retaining original features.

Resulting from this approach we put a bath under an arch in EL Arco and a big bath room with built in rack in El Azul.

In the house the light switch is not always where you expect it.

Therefore Casa Rosaleda offers you, harmonious and generous furnished apartments in a natural rustic atmosphere of a historic townhouse of Jerez.

 

The essential:

In equipping the apartments, we resigned entertainment media like TV, DVD and Radio consciously.

But of course the house has WIFI (WLAN), so you are able to book your tickets for the equestrian horse school over your laptop in your apartment.

We believe Casa Rosaleda will be a calming influence compared to the bustle of andalusian city life.

You can relax in a peaceful haven after a round of cultural experiences.

As your neighbours (Spanish: Vecinos) in the Casa de Vecinos Rosaleda we are at your`s disposal to chat with you in the garden about Jerez and its surroundings.
