Typical, "Casa de Vecinos", i.e. apartment house in authentic Andalusian style, layed in the historic centre of Jerez de la Frontera.
The house was renovated in 2006. Special attention we have payed to the preservation of typical distinctive features, like high, large rooms, the decorative strips that finish the ceillings, visible wooden beams, handmade floor tiles, etc. Both the huge, roofed patio and the ingrown backyard with old rose- and citrus plants invite to take a rest in nature.

Because our house is situated in the historic centre of the town, almost all places of interest are within walking distance. The Andalusian Flamenco Centre, the Archaeological Museum, The Royal School for Equestrian Horse Riding or the oldest bodega of Jerez is only a stone's throw from here. Either after the vespertine visit of a typical Flamenco local or a dinner accompanied by a good bottle of Fino in one of the recommendable restaurants of the town you don't need to get into your car again to reach your holiday domicile. You just have a little walk through the old town and are back home.
