Autentic ambiance: We recently renovated our townhouse. Special attention we have payed to the preservation of typical distinctive features, like high, large rooms, the decorative strips that finish the ceillings, visible wooden beams, handmade floor tiles, etc. |
Meaning, we haven`t changed anything of the spacious footprints of the rooms neigher touched the historic, representative stylistic elements. |

Of course we have added contemporary items like bath rooms or kitchens, but without destoying old preservable things irrecoverably. Resulting from this approach we put e.g. a bath under a arch in EL Arco or resulted a big bath room with build in rack in El Azul. In our house you won`t find always the light switch, where you expect it. Therefor Casa Rosaleda offers you, beside generous, harmonic furnished rooms the natural habitation atmosphere of a historic townhouse of Jerez. |
The essential: equipping the apartments, we resigned entertainment media like TV, DVD and Radio consciously. But of course our house disposes of WIFI (WLAN). So you are able to book your tickets for the equestrian horse school over your laptop in your apartment. We understand our Casa Rosaleda as calming influence compared to the whorled andalusian life. Let yourself persuade from the miscellaneous, cultural life of the town |
Neighbourhood: As your neighbours in the Casa de Vecinos Rosaleda we are at your`s disposal to chat with you e.g. in the garden about Jerez and its surroundings. Spend a couple of days or weeks within our Casa de Vecinos Rosaleda, a typical vicinage house of Jerez and become yourself a Vecino Jerezano. |
