El Portero is situated at the ground floor, near the entrance door and was former used as storage for the useful things you need to maintain a house. Thus the name "The Caretaker".
We found it was much too bad just to store screws and tools in such bright and high rooms.
Thus the idea to create here a small empire, acusticaly totally separated from the other apartments. After long reformation our "little caretaker" now shines as the last of our apartments in a new, antique glance.
The big balcony window in the living room with the beautiful old „contra ventanas“ invites to sit at the window and to listen to the events happening on the street.
With its bricked andalusian kitchen and the with calibres of my grandfather painted walls of the bed room El Portero is something special, ....... something for individualists.
Distribution of the apartment:
bed room has full-size bed (1,4x2m), living room with sofa bed (1,4x2m), bricked breakfast kitchen , bath room with shower.
Location at ground floor, with big balcony window to the street.
