You ask yourself, why we called El Primero "The First“?
Simply because El Primero was the first apartment we lived in the Casa Rosaleda.
We stayed for over half a year during the restoration work on our home.

We spent our first Christmas in Jerez, celebrated in El Primero, therefor we have a very personal feeling for this apartment.
With windows to the coutyard as well as to the quiet street, good natural ventilation is possible.
The furnishing and the colours are typically in Spanish mediteranian style.

Something special: The big balcony window at the salon with its beautiful old "contra ventanas“ (shutters).
